This form will allow me to create a concise set of design objections and actionable steps. The answers given will ensure I design a brand identity (Logo, Typography, Color Palette, Etc.) that targets the correct market and accomplishes its objectives, giving you and your business the greatest opportunity to succeed. Take your time and give as much information as you can. This form will be referred back to throughout the creation process!

1. About Your Business

What is the name of your company?

Do you have a company tagline or slogan that could be used as part of the logo?

What does your business do? Try and sum it up in one setence.

What product(s) or service(s) does your business provide?

How many years has your company been in business?

Who are your competitors?

What differentiates you from your competitors?

Is there a unique story behind your business?

Are there any inspiring visuals associated with your business?

What do you see your business/service growing into?

2. Your Audience

What does your audience/clientele care about?

What does your audience/clientele want?

How does your audience learn about your product, organisation or service?

Why should your audience choose you over the competition?

What words do you want your audience to associate with your company?

Generally, what logos or brands do you think will appeal to your audience and why?

3. Finally, Your Preferences

What are your design preference likes/dislikes or expectations? Are there any logos/visual brands that stand out to you? If you have a current logo is there a problem with it or something you disliked?
